Gilbert Garcia

Gilbert Garcia has been an attorney for over three decades. After law school, he joined a medium sized firm in Los Angeles focusing his practice on civil litigation. Mr. Garcia quickly rose to become the firm’s youngest partner. As one of the firm’s leading trial attorneys, Mr. Garcia tried numerous cases in both the State and Federal Courts. In 2007, Mr. Garcia was nominated for and admitted to the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He went on to become the firm’s managing partner.
 

In 2010, Mr. Garcia opened The Garcia Law Firm. His current practice focuses on business and civil litigation as well as transactional law. In addition, Mr. Garcia has developed an expertise in estate planning and asset protection. The Garcia Law Firm represents a wide variety of clientele from small business to multinational corporations, individuals, families, and estates. Mr. Garcia remains an active trial attorney in both the State and Federal Courts. He is also active in the Court of Appeals having published appellate opinions.
