In 2010, our Founder and Head Instructor, Susan Deveney, founded Conflict Resolution Training. She saw a great need for conflict resolution and mediation skills for businesses, mental health and legal professionals. Having worked with all manner of organizations and individuals in resolving conflict for more than two decades, Susan developed training programs that provide professionals with the skills and tools needed to successfully resolve disputes.

Since our founding, CRT has grown to include faculty and instructors in three countries and all across the United States. In its twelve years, the CRT team has trained thousands of professionals all across the country.
